Aeron the White and Terrible,a dangerous ancient vampire, believes she is his destiny, but Vanora is determined to be the end of him. How much more will she lose before the night is over? And will she lose the complicated and mysterious vampire she loves to death or betrayal?
Lindsay’s thoughts
Rhiannon may have made us wait for this episode, but if anything, the interval only served to whet my appetite for MORE! The anticipation for this episode built me up to a frenzy! And now that I’ve read it? I’m even more frantic for season 3!!! O_O
This is the season 2 finale, but it really didn’t feel like any kind of conclusion. A whole new set of problems has arisen, and Vanora is really just beginning to tap into the power within. The pieces of the prophecy are starting to come together now that Aaron has announced his presence (he really is hard to ignore…).
Yay! Greg is back! He is my most favoritest of all unlikely heroes in this story! He’s so sarcastic and bitter, but there’s a heart of gold buried deep in there somewhere. I am absolutely thrumming with excitement for the next season!!

Lori’s thoughts
Way to chew us up and spit us back out Rhiannon. Thanks. The season finale was more like a beginning. Things came to a head, but NOTHING is settled.
Rhiannon has managed to hook me with this serial, even after the hiatus between episodes I was still excited to jump back in, and it was easy to do so. The characaters, this world, is totally unforgettable. Vanora and Armando are two of my favorite characters ever created. Aeron being out in the open and making moves is scary as shit. I literally cannot wait for the next episode. I need it in my hands now!!

The complete first and second season of IDMWA as ebooks and a swag pack full of Rhiannon Frater bookmarks!
